Terms & Conditions of Commercial Trade
Last Updated: October 2026 • Legal Entity: Plantae Surgiconnect LLP
1. Nature of the Portal
The website www.plantaeexporters.com is an institutional B2B export catalogue and inquiry portal. It does not constitute an online consumer shop or e-commerce retail store. No payment processing, binding consumer purchase agreements, or “Buy Now” transactions take place through this website. All commercial transactions are governed by separate, formally executed International Commercial Invoices and Sales Contracts.
2. Quotation Procedures & Price Validity
Any quotation or proforma invoice provided following a website inquiry is subject to written confirmation. Agricultural commodity prices, maritime freight rates, and currency exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations. Quotations are valid only for the duration explicitly stated on the official proforma document.
3. International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020)
Unless otherwise agreed in the formal contract, all shipments are executed according to ICC Incoterms 2020 rules (CIF, CFR, FOB Cochin, or EXW). Transfer of risk, insurance obligations, and port terminal responsibilities are defined strictly by the agreed Incoterm in the final Sales Agreement.
4. Quality, Inspection & Dispute Resolution
Every export shipment is inspected and certified according to statutory export standards prior to container stuffing. Pre-shipment inspection certificates issued by accredited independent surveyors (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) or statutory Indian boards (APEDA, Spices Board) constitute conclusive evidence of grade and quantity at the time of loading.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All international inquiries and contracts executed by Plantae Surgiconnect LLP are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of or in connection with commercial export transactions shall be subject to arbitration in Ernakulam/Kochi, Kerala, India.
